– Det er sannsynligvis ikke hvert år du setter inn ny port til garasjen hjemme eller investerer i en ny port til industrianlegget. God planlegging gir alltid en bedre opplevelse

– En privat garasjeport skal gjerne vare i 20, 30 år. Derfor bør du tenke nøye gjennom hva du faktisk skal bruke garasjen til. – Når det er snakk om større anbud, er porter ofte det siste en tenker på. Det er egentlig litt merkelig, for det er selvsagt like viktig å planlegge for hva som skal ut og inn av lokalet som hva det skal brukes til. Ellers kan jo porten i seg selv bli en begrensning for virksomheten, sier Kristoffer Solbakken, som oppfordrer kundene til å ta kontakt så tidlig som mulig i planleggingsprosessen.

– God planlegging vil alltid gi en bedre opplevelse.

Ikke glem vedlikeholdet

I dag blir de fleste moderne garasje- og industriporter levert med en overflate av stål eller aluminium.  De gamle, gode, men vedlikeholdskrevende treportene blir i dag stort sett bare brukt til plasskrevende vippeporter i hyttegarasjer eller andre mindre prosjekter.
